Clear terms, no surprises
Every project runs under one Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work you approve before any work starts.
- Estimate and cap up front. Each SOW lists hours by phase and a not-to-exceed budget.
- Alert at 80%. We tell you before the cap is close and never exceed it without written approval.
- Transparent invoices. Billed monthly in 15-minute increments, with hours by date and what was done.
- You own the work. Code, integrations, dashboards and documentation are yours once paid.
- Security by default. Encrypted credential storage, MFA on our accounts, and your data returned or deleted at the end.
